Scott has led 911 Datamaster's transition into NG9-1-1, utilizing his past network integration experience in deploying wide area networks (WAN) for hospitals, college campuses, and private business. He is active in the 9-1-1 industry and serves on the NENA Next Generation VoIP i2.5 Committee.
Scott holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. He also holds certifications, including: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
